Chi Omega offers a steady and consistent guide for Sisters, helping us build lives filled with purpose and success. Throughout every stage of life, our sisterhood inspires us to pursue our individual definitions of purpose—empowering us to lead with intention, confidence, and heart.

Our Purposes:

Friendship

Chi Omega was first founded on the value of friendship, and this is what binds us to each other and to our Fraternity. The friendships we develop in Chi Omega gives us a home across geography and generations, and it give us lasting support throughout our lives.

Personal Integrity

To be a Chi Omega is both an honor and a privilege. Although our members are diverse, all Chi Omegas nationwide share the common thread of strong dedication to the purposes and ideals Chi Omega was founded upon.

Academic Excellence

The ultimate reason for attending college is to better ourselves through education. Chi Omega helps Sisters obtain the finest education possible through academic incentive programs, study groups, and scholarships from the Chi Omega Foundation.

Involvement

It is important to Chi Omega that our members are well-rounded people. We engage with others to develop outside interests and expose ourselves to new and differing points of view. By contributing in the larger world, we demonstrate that Chi Omega makes a difference in the lives of women through community and campus involvement.

Career

Career development equips us for life’s work, helping us remain adaptable and marketable no matter the path we pursue. Within Chi Omega, we’re fortunate to have a network of sisters who serve as mentors, coaches, and cheerleaders through every stage of that journey.
